Integrated Program Support
Setup and
training is provided on all Integrated Programs normally bundled with
Windows 2000 and Windows XP
Pro. Internet Explorer will be
configured
to work with Exchange, Outlook or Lotus Notes to offer seamless access
to e-mail and other resources available from the World Wide Web.
Business Computers, Inc. is a partner with Microsoft in marketing and upgrading old
MS Office products with the new MS Office 2003 Pro. From the initial setup to being
trained on the new features, your employees will be expertly guided through each
step.
Hardware Support
Busness Computers, Inc. can offer
full or contract support for all LAN hardware products including; Cisco, Ascend ,
D-Link, 3Com, and Linksys routers and switches. Business Computers, Inc. can
support the servers and workstations built by Business Computers, Inc. or other
vendors such as Dell and Compaq.
Windows 2000 and Windows XP Pro Workstations
Technical support is available on Workstations. This includes all security
setting and configuring of the workstation to work with Windows 2000 Pro or Windows XP
Pro.
Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers
(Small Business, Standard and Enterprise Severs.)
Full server support is available with installation
and configuring of a complete domain and LAN. Network management services on a
full time or contract basis is available to insure long term product support at
competitive prices.
Microsoft 2003 Domain Networks (Active
Directory)
Full or part time network administration
services are available to provide level 1 and level 2 network support. From
configuring TCP/IP setting to setting up DHCP servers, the trained professionals
at Business Computers, Inc. can handle any size
operation.
